Conveyor belt sushi chain Sushiro has set out on a new endeavor with Tsumamigui Nakameguro, serving bite-sized sushi rolls and a new way of enjoying the Japanese cuisine around the concept of “smart sushi dining.”
The menu includes conventional and unique sushi, such as the wagyu roast beef roll (¥300), as well as an impressive side menu including the goro goro yasai no salad (¥780) using fresh vegetables from a contracted farm. The lunch sets are reasonably priced at ¥980.
